Research shows that support is key to successful breastfeeding. I want everyone to get the help they need. I'm proud to work with The Lactation Network to help people access professional help without financial stress. I can also accept HSA or FSA payment forms.

I love learning and enjoy sharing that information with others. I tend to lean towards a technical strategy when teaching latch. I feel that if you understand the “why,” it’s easier to remember the “how.” My approach is practical and detailed (with a good dose of humor and empathy, too).

Knowledgeable

I have years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a hospital, where I have also gained experience as an IBCLC, helping postpartum families and parents in the NICU. My medical background and lactation training provide confidence that you will receive accurate and evidence-based guidance.
